Creamy salmon pasta with mushroom

Creamy sauce
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 tsps of unsalted butter or add less salt later
2 tsps of All-purpose flour or similar flour
1/3 cup of milk (I use low fat milk to feel less guilty 😈) Dash of salt, black pepper and seasoning for tasting
Direction:
1. Melt the butter in saucepan over medium-love heat
2. Add flour and stir until mixture is well blended. This will take around 2 minutes to turn to the textile below and NOT turning brown.

3. Gently add the milk into the mixture while stir consistently over medium heat. When the sauce begins to boil and thickens, turn to low heat and continue stirring for 3 minutes.
Tip: If you prefer a less milky creamy sauce, reduce milk portion and add some water instead.
4. Add dash of salt, black pepper and seasoning for tasting under low heat and stir for 2 more minutes. Done!!!!!!!
Creamy salmon pasta with mushroom
Ingredients:
2 cloves of minced garlic (I personally skip this as Mr Lee doesn't like strong taste)
5 mushrooms - cut in slices
8 ounce of pasta
2 slices of salmon fillet (remove fish scale) / 6 slices smoked salmon
Dash of salt, black pepper and seasoning
Optional cheese
Optional lemon
Direction:
1. Boil water and add salt and olive oil in pot to cook pasta until it is 90% cooked.
Tip: I keep half bowl of pasta water and add into the creamy sauce later to create a more pasta flavour as a whole.
2. Meanwhile, stir fry garlic and mushroom with olive oil in frying pan.
3. Mix pasta and smoked salmon (if you are not using salmon fillet) with garlic and mushroom in frying pan and then add creamy sauce and cheese over medium heat until all ingredients are well mixed.
4. Serve pasta on plate and set on aside.
5. Fry salmon on pan with salt, black pepper and seasoning.
Tip: Squeeze some lemon juice on salmon can reduce fishy taste.
