Salmon in roasted pepper sauce

經過上次煎三文魚煎到爛皮之後,娘娘一直耿耿於懷....雖然明知係個鍋甩塗層既關係。終於買番個新鍋就再挑戰三文🐟,但係又唔想整同一個煮法,於是李生提議整一個佢係德國食過既pepper sauce....仲以為個汁要整好耐,點知同白汁一樣易,連埋三文魚同準備功夫15分鐘KO煮好✅, easy like 💩💩💩💩!
Roasted pepper
Ingredients:
Olive oil for pan-frying red pepper
Diced Red pepper 1 cup
Salt & pepper for seasoning red pepper
Water 1/4 cup
Direction:
1. Heat a fry pan and apply some olive oil in.
2. Put diced red pepper in and stir-fry it under medium-high heat until it get a little brownish.
3. Apply some salt and pepper for taste and mix it well with red pepper.
4. Add water in and cover the pan with lid. Cook for 3 - 3.5 minutes under medium heat. Done! Set it aside pls~
Fried Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet 2 pieces (remove scale)
Olive oil for pan-frying salmon
Salt & pepper for seasoning salmon
Direction:
1. Use kitchen paper to dry the salmon and then apply salt and pepper
2. Heat a fry pan and apply some olive oil in
3. Place salmon fillet in the pan - skin facing down and cook for 3 minutes under high heat.
4. Turn the salmon to the other side slowly and cook for 1 more minute. Done!!!! Set it aside pls~ Don't wash the pan as we will use the salmon oil in the sauce...NEXT->>>>
Roasted pepper sauce
Ingredients:
Butter 1tsp
Diced garlic 3 cloves
Fresh baby spinach 4 cups
Roasted pepper - as cooked above
Milk/heavy cream 1/2 cup (I used milk instead to make less fatty but heavy cream can make the sauce smoother)
Parmesan cheese powder 1/4 cup
Red pepper flakes for tasting
Parsley powder 1/4 cup
Salt & pepper for flavour
Direction:
1. Add butter and garlic in the same fry pan as salmon for a minute under medium heat.
2. Add roasted pepper and cook for 2 minutes under medium-high heat.
3. Add baby spinach and allow it to wilt.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add milk/heavy cream, Parmesan cheese powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt & pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer. Done~~~ Serve nicely!
