Stuffed artichoke

(Click photo for recipe): For air fryer user, highly recommend to add water at the base to avoid the artichoke being dried out if the heating coil is at the top. Placing water on the side of artichoke doesn’t help😢 I didn’t know water can apply at the bottom in my first try. It got dried and then I had to put it in boiled water after finishing the stuff🤪🤪


Ingredients for 1 artichoke:

Bread crumb 2/3 cup

Lemon half

Minced garlic cloves 1/2 tsp

Parsley dash

Olive oil 1/3 tsp

Parmesan cheese powder 1 tsp

Mixed cheddar and mozzarella cheese for the top

重點黎喇,娘娘焗完出黎,唔知成棵嘢係點食,邊個位食得,坐左埋位先google個食法,原來每塊葉個底係「肉」,最好食係個artichoke heart, 即刻俾多兩舊仙丹老豆補血先💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
